Editorial Policy

This policy explains how Star News creates, checks and corrects its content.

Our standards

• Accuracy: we check facts before publishing and name our sources where it helps readers.
• Original work: our articles, photos and videos are produced for this website. When we use material from others we credit it and link to the source.
• Honest headlines: our titles describe what the content actually shows. We do not use misleading or exaggerated headlines to attract clicks.
• Independence: advertisers and sponsors do not decide what we publish. Sponsored content, when we publish it, is clearly labelled.
• Respect: we do not publish content that is hateful, harassing, or that shows cruelty for entertainment.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it as soon as we can and, for significant errors, add a note to the article explaining what changed. To report an error, email vongnirouth73@gmail.com or use our contact page.
