According to royal insiders cited in multiple tabloid reports,<\/p>\n<p>King Charles III was seen \u201cvisibly shaken\u201d and \u201cin tears\u201d after learning about his son\u2019s reported health condition. Although Kensington Palace has not issued any official statement, speculation began when Prince William abruptly canceled several engagements earlier this year. At the time, royal sources attributed his absence to \u201cpersonal matters,\u201d but offered no further explanation.
