🚨 THE MASK SLIPS: CORONATION STREET FINALLY CONFIRMS TYRONE’S COLOSSAL SECRETS—AND A DEADLY WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED! 💣

Coronation Street confirmed the details of Tyrone Dobbs’s huge secret tonight, after he lied about seeing Summer Spellman on the evening of Theo Silverton’s death. A series of flashbacks revealed the mechanic’s shady actions, but what was he hiding?

While sharing his plan with Ronnie Bailey, the pair remained blissfully unaware that Carl Webster was listening nearby. Not one to pass up an opportunity, will the schemer use this information to his advantage?

Friday’s episode opened with Todd Grimshaw visiting Summer in prison, after she was recently charged with Theo’s murder. The tearful youngster maintained her innocence, and questioned why Tyrone lied about the events of that night.

Meanwhile, at the garage, Tyrone began to panic about his involvement in Summer’s arrest. Feeling guilty about lying to the police, he insisted on making things right, but Ronnie told him to “stay strong” as it became clear that the pair were in cahoots about something.

In the Rovers, Todd grilled a nervous Tyrone about his witness statement, before Ronnie came to his aid and ushered him outside. There, Ronnie urged Tyrone to keep quiet about his secret, telling him that they’d both be in big trouble if he went to the police.

As the camera panned away, viewers saw Carl eavesdropping from the ginnel with a suspicious look on his face. When the pair returned to the pub, Carl used the opportunity to goad them, taunting a furious Tyrone to come clean about his actions that night.

The mechanic then stormed out onto the street, triggering a series of flashbacks from the night in question. It started with Tyrone filming Carl, after finding him tampering with Kevin’s brakes.

Tyrone then lost his balance and accidentally knocked the trolley jack, dropping the car onto Carl, before Ronnie agrees to take care of it. As Tyrone scurries away, he sees Summer on the street – as she recalled – and Theo watching from the window above.

With Summer facing jail time, and with Carl taking an active interest in his behaviour, will Tyrone come clean about what he saw on that fateful night? Or will he continue to play the secretive game?
